GK Cribs I 
GK Cribs I is a trip down memory lane for me. I show you step-by-step what I did when I was younger to learn what I know now. The problem is that my learning process was very tedious and long. It lead to many frustrating nights and many tears. See what I didn't have when I was younger was someone to break down the chords for me. So I became a vagabond, steeling chords from whomever, whenever I could. So GK Cribs I, shows you how I learned and I still use that process today. I think it's a pretty good process, except that in the beginning I lacked foundation and theory. So GK Cribs I, as you can see, is the totality of Jamal Hartwell and how I go about learning stuff by ear. 
The Problem is this. You are just a beginner and this stuff is too difficult. You need someone to show you step-by-step how to do this stuff. Well, that's why we have GK Cribs II, where I actually have the MIDI and sheet music. Now, there is a DVD for beginners that you can finally follow. Some of you have all of my DVDs, and can play a whole bunch of different chords, but lack the foundation, theory, and understanding on how to apply these chords. Even if you already know how to play everything by ear, you still need this DVD to know what you are doing. That's why this is THE MOST IMPORTANT DVD FOR BEGINNERS.
